Booking conditions

To confirm and hold your booking a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.


Sounds annoying and unfortunately it is, for everyone. It’s a pity if someone doesn’t come and rooms remain free, although others would have liked to enjoy our hospitality.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

For later cancellations we charge the following cancellation fees:
• 29– 1 day prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• No show, arriving late or departing early: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged


NOTE: Please don’t forget to take out travel cancellation insurance. An unexpected event can occur before departure, and your insurance keeps you financially secure.
Whether you must delay your arrival at the hotel, or you cannot make it all or have to depart earlier than anticipated, cancellation fees may be passed on to the insurance company.


Check in / Check out
Arrival : Rooms are available starting at 3:00 p.m. As reception service is not available 24h, please inform us in time about your approx. time of arrival to organise your welcome.
Departure: Check out time is 10:30 a.m.


Dogs are welcome at the hotel. Our own dog Idefix is always happy to have company.
But we do ask that you inform us in advance.
Supplement fee for dogs: €10/night (without food).
